Trumpet Lessons in Seattle

Jerry Oram offers trumpet lessons in his North Seattle studio (near Greenwood and 125th). He also teaches on Wednesday afternoons at Music Works Northwest in Bellevue. His peers and students have said he's an inspiring trumpet teacher. Jerry works with all ages, from elementary school to adults, and all skill levels.

With a sense of humor and patience, Jerry emphasizes mastering the basics and getting it right. He encourages students to perform at their best. His students have often held first chair in Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestras and other performing groups. Past students have gone on to study at Julliard, USC, Boston University and Berklee College of Music and then had professional careers, while others who played for the joy of making music have chosen other professions.
